Hi. the left banner is called the Site banner & is shown only on that site.
The person that created the auction( there are hundreds),
has control over that banner. They can set the price of that banner.
Anyone can purchase banner advertisements from them & their banner will be rotated there.
From what I see, most charge $1.00 per week & thats cheap.
The right banner is the NETWORK banner.
That banner gets shown on all of the hundreds of auction sites.
I think shopcheap charges $20 per week but its well worth it from what I hear.
There is no amount of showings or clicks. you get rotated with other banner buyers for the entire time.
