Transkei FDC.  Featured is stamp #72e, postmarked on the First Day of Issue 2 March, 1983. This features a Fishing Fly, called a silver wilkinson, also known as a salmon fly, which is made and used by anglers in this southeast African land.  This cover is mounted on a page which gives detailed information about this cover, issued by the Postal Commemorative Society from their First Day Covers From Around The World collection.  This is in Mint condition.
